An article in the Times Colonist (Victoria BC) February 27, 2009 states that the major rental companies are keeping their cars longer upwards of 2 years.

What is it with people who leave the lights on in a rental car and immediately blame the car for not starting? Even when shown the lights were left on , they still seem to be convinced in themselves that they didn't leave them.
